Here is a Scott Scale Limited with this fracture, the frame simple broke in normal use. Sent to the store to evaluation, they refuse warranty just saying that the case was a "chain suck" and the rear derailleur shocked with the stay... no drop out broken, the owner just can not believe with the answer by the Scott!!
What happened to bike companies standing behind their product?
