It took us a full day of labor just to polish a easy artwork sculpture and we still ended up with those annoying strains that you see on low high quality ABS/PLA 3D prints. To add salt to the wound, eradicating supports was time consuming as well. As somebody who Ceramic Teapots spent hours eradicating supports, we don't want to you set you through that hell. If you worth your time, the period of time you will spend sanding these prints would price a lot. And even then, the standard wouldn't be on par compared to with} resin. The Anycubic Photon M3 makes expensive SLA printers a factor of the previous with a price tag that is less than $300.
